Terms of Service

Last updated: 1 November 2026

These terms apply when you use this website (lucidrf.com) and TransWeave (transweave.lucidrf.com). They are an agreement between you and LucidEM Ltd, trading as Lucid RF (“we”, “us”). By using TransWeave you agree to them. If you use it for an organisation, you agree on its behalf and confirm you may do so.

1. TransWeave

The service

TransWeave is a browser-based tool for modelling interconnect channels and computing their frequency-domain (FD) and time-domain periodic sequence (TDPS) responses. Guests and account holders get free run allowances. We may change the service, its features, allowances and limits, or stop offering it. The free service comes with no guaranteed availability or service level.

Accounts

  • An account is for one person. Do not share it.
  • Keep your email account, passkeys and sign-in providers secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
  • You must be at least 16 years old.
  • We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts the service or other users at risk.

Acceptable use

You must not:

  • attack, overload or probe the service or its infrastructure, or interfere with other users;
  • circumvent run allowances, job limits or access controls, including by using several accounts or guest sessions;
  • use the service through automated means or at a mass scale, or scrape it, without our written agreement;
  • reverse engineer, decompile or copy the service, except where the law allows it despite this restriction;
  • upload content that is unlawful or that you have no right to use.

Your designs

You keep all rights in the designs, files and models you put into TransWeave and in the results you get. You give us only the permission we need to run the service for you: to store and process your content and to keep the derived numerical data in the solve cache, as described in our Privacy Policy. If you use the assistant, your messages, the model state and the result summaries sent with them are processed by a third-party language model provider, which may use them to train its models. We treat your uploads as confidential and do not disclose them, except to the service providers listed in the Privacy Policy or where the law requires it.

Results

TransWeave produces engineering estimates. Results can be wrong or incomplete, and they are provided without warranty. Check them with your own methods before you rely on them for manufacturing, tape-out or any other decision. You are responsible for your design decisions.

Export control

You are responsible for complying with export control and sanctions laws that apply to your designs and your use of the service.

2. This website

The content of this website is for general information and may change without notice. Lucid RF, TransWeave and their logos are our trademarks. You may not use them without our permission.

3. Disclaimers and liability

The website and TransWeave are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we give no warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of results.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost data or the cost of design changes or re-manufacture, and our total liability for the free service is limited to £100. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

4. Ending these terms

You can stop using TransWeave and delete your account at any time on the account page. We may end your access as described in section 1. Sections 1 (Your designs, Results), 3 and 6 continue to apply after your access ends.

5. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will post the new version here and update the date above, and tell account holders by email before a material change takes effect. If you keep using the service after that, the new terms apply.

6. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, without depriving consumers of protections they have where they live.
